I had a decent stay at Regenta Central Deccan Chennai. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to Marina Beach, which is a big plus. However, the service was a bit of a letdown, especially when it came to my breakfast order that never arrived. The room was spacious but felt outdated, and the bathroom could definitely use some improvements.
